Youth Activities
The Department of Missouri Youth Leadership Award recognizes outstanding youth in the state outside of our separate Scouting and JROTC National VFW Programs. Specifically, youth aged 14-18 that have demonstrated exemplary citizenship in school and community through their own initiative and youth led projects or volunteer service significantly benefitting others. This includes your in other organizations (i.e., 4-H, FFA, Church Youth Groups, etc.). Youth must be nominated through or by their local VFW Post.

ROTC Program
VFW ROTC awards give special recognition of outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership ability. These awards are available for both JROTC and ROTC programs.
